This
program gives us pushing
ranges as well as calling
ranges (both indicated by the
raiser position, the
range given for raiser is his
pushing range and the other
ranges are calling ranges).
Now if we want to know what to
do if BTN pushes, SB calls (we
have both ranges with what
hands they should do that
already from the program) but
now we are in the BB and would
like to know with what hands
we can also put all our chips
in the middle.
